Shipping Policy

At Zewar Nest, we are committed to delivering your favorite jewelry products safely and conveniently to your doorstep. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all orders across our delivery areas in Pakistan. Orders within Punjab are expected to be delivered within 7–15 days, while deliveries to other regions of Pakistan may take 15–20 days. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances. We take special care to ensure that every parcel is properly packed and delivered in safe condition. Customers are advised to check the outer packaging before accepting their parcel. If a parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please inform the courier and contact Zewar Nest immediately. If a customer decides to refuse an unopened parcel before accepting it, they will not be required to pay the product amount or the Rs. 300 shipping charges, provided the parcel is returned safely to Zewar Nest in its original and unopened condition. Once a parcel has been accepted and opened, return or exchange requests will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with an active phone number to avoid delivery problems. Our team may contact customers through phone or WhatsApp to confirm their orders and delivery details.
